We were asked by our client, a public software company, to identify a head of the audit committee. An interesting search for two reasons: One, it had to be a direct admit to be head of the Audit Committee and two, they had to have been intimately familiar with revenue recognition accounting. We were able to fill the search within 45 days.
The Non-Executive Chairman of a publicly traded consulting firm asked us to solve a problem. They had over 2,000 employees in India and wanted a person, on the board with knowledge of the country and its’ culture. He asked us to find an individual who was born in India, residing in the U.S. with a financial background to help with the cultural issues and sit on the Audit Committee. Within 60 days, we were able to find several candidates who fit the criteria.
A diversified financial services company asked us to identify two individuals for their prestigious board. One, a sitting CEO of a Fortune 100 company and the other a diverse candidate with CEO experience. Both searches were filled successfully and one of the candidates is now the non-executive Chair of the Board.
A large bank asked us to recruit a team for their Atlanta office. We were able to identify a $3 billion wealth team from a competitor and move the five top executives of the team within 65 days of the start of the search.
